— Our promise

Our mission

Mental health is community work.

Every nine minutes someone in the US loses their life to suicide — and behind every number is a family, a friend, a coworker. We build the bridges between people, knowledge, and care so that asking for help never has to feel impossible.

The anonymous forum helped me say things out loud for the first time. I felt heard, not fixed.

Fund hope

$5,300 raised — and every dollar reaches someone.

100% of donations directly fund hotline subsidies, peer support training, and our resource library. We never sell data, never run ads, never gate help behind a paywall.
